Kim,I am so sorry that you lost your brother! Those memories will alway's be there for you to recall when needed of him growing up with family. I remember when I lost my father it hurt so much but I smile when I think of him.
Hello Kim,How have you been?I went to the park this morning, just to walk and drink in the quiet and to enjoy the fresh cut grass " knowing that I wasn't the one cutting it !" Pretty well adjusted to the apt now but still miss the space of the old place. How did trick or treat go at your place? I am thinking that all the bad things in the world has really changed Halloween in general, feel sorry for the kids now day's, but the kids now day's do things different I suppose. We didn't have any trick or treaters last night, I suppose that wasn't so bad on our part for the sake of the dogs.I was thinking how could I dress up Sam (my golden Sheppard mix ) so he would not scare the kids, maby a bat man mask? Oh he is such a sweetie.
We are having absolutely beautiful weather, it is overcast and cold.Up in the mountains it has been snowing so we are getting the cold air. Get this last night it was 46 degrees.Crazy! But I love it,it beats HOT HOT HOT.
When I was a child I lived in Cleveland Ohio for a couple years.I can remember the bitter cold winters.Of standing under a large pine tree to keep warm, and I would huddle with my younger sister to keep her warm while waiting for the school bus. I would stop at the corner grocery store to buy candy.Oh gosh, my eyes almost touched the glass below the cash register, yumm"HA HA" As children I remember collecting coke bottles and buying candy.I suppose that is where I got
hooked on candy.
Hi Kim, I think I must be wierd,I am tired of hot hot weather.I want some cooler weather. My skin is saying enough,it is dry.North Carolina was nice and now my daughter tells me that it is in the 60's. I do suppose after awhile I would want the heat and I would start to get those dreaded goose pimples. Do you know that the weather is in the low 100's,finely today it is going to be like 97 dagreez. I am thinking that Phoenix forgot the digets below 100 dagreez.
Sounds really cool, a bi plain reminded me of a book that I read a few years ago, about a man who flew from field to field giving rides to people in his bi plain,The author told what he saw and that people would wait in their farm fields for his arrival. I don't remember the writers name but he was the same author of Johnathon Livingston Seagull. The beauty of the past times has allot to be desired.
