Sue, Thank you for your sweet comment left on my site. Not too many people even think about the caregivers. I appreciate it very much.
Yeah, my page jumps around a lot due to the applications I added, but they are so much fun that I just "had to". Hope all is well with you.

Good Morning,Yes Sue that was quite a feat but I gained it all back and then some.I know what I did wrong, FOLLOW TROUGH with exercise. I neglected to do that.
I do try to get out and walk tough and it dose feel good. I walk around 2 miles every day . It is a bit easier when you have two dogs that love to go for a walk. I have a pretty big dog that if he doesn't go for a walk often he gains weight all to fast.

Hi Sue ,Today has been pretty chilly for Arizona so I have been under the covers all day, feeling melancholy. I have two dogs that I try to take for a long walk every day, I was all stoked to go for a walk today when I was running to the open door sticking my body out and just shut the door,"chicken". I think that the exercise I get by walking long distances every day make me feel so much better.I use to belong to a gym and enjoyed the heck out of my religious daily visits working out with a pretty big body builder.Sherry thought me how to loose weight by eating right and exercising, plus she showed me how to lift weights and use all of the equipment.I felt pretty invincible after loosing weight and looking good.
I lost 45 lbs while my husband was in Irac for 3 months.SURPRISED HIM

Hey Sue,

I marvel at your accomplishments! They give me encouragement and hope!!!

I'm still figuring out who I am and what I have left to work with! But things are WAY better than they were 2 and 3 years ago! It's a miracle my wife hasn't left me! We have just celebrated our 25th anniversary! We have 3 boys - ages 12, 15 and almost 18. Elizabeth is outnumbered, but she holds her own very well!!!

LOL' My story is rather long, but I'll attempt to shorten it for you. My husband (Stephen who began Survivor Plus) got 'e' in 2006 (Jan). The first year was horrible--The 2nd year extremely difficult but better. Each year is some better and we take a day at a time. E left Stephen with many problems including heat intolerance, short term memory loss, extreme fatigue, shaking, insomnia (at times), headaches, nerve pain....We know how blessed we are that he is still with us and can do all he does. I marvel at how far he's come and how determined he is to do all he can to combat the 'residuals' of e. That's my story in short, but Stephen could tell you more.
Hope you've been doing okay. Let me know.
