favourite authors instead?? alexander solzhenitsyn, kahill gibran, archaeology journals (was an archaeologist by trade before illness), history books, academic journals still my fav pastime...non fiction history, cultural and gender studies.

a big hello to everyone out there in the world of survivors :)
have been a little busy and overwhelmed of late, so havent had time or energy to really catch up and say to everyone i have been thinking of.
so sending a big all round hello... how are you?
we are in the process of moving, (during the school holidays with the kids at home... not the best timing)

who me? which me?

Hi all,
thankyou for the wonderful warm welcome i have received on this site...it is lovely to know that i am alive!! alive i tell you!! i will not sink into the stay at home oblivion that is life with a wee one. the dizziness keeps me from driving most days and the isolation can feel intense at times, and with bub teething my need for rest is not always achievable.

They just don't seem to 'get it' no matter how hard you try to explain. sigh. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.
We are okay---too busy and that , of course, weighs on Stephen's health and well being. It seems we have just been on the go lately...too much so.
On a better note, I put some of my art in an art show today..it's just a local thing to let local artist show their stuff, but since I've never shown anything publically it was a risk for me and a big step. So...
